Suites
41 suites across five types. The Garden Suite Hammock (640 sq ft) is ground-floor, opening onto a Japanese-inspired desert zen garden with an artisan hammock. The Garden Suite Soak Tub (640 sq ft) has the same footprint with an outdoor soaking tub on the terrace. The Sky Suites, Mountain View and Cacti (780 sq ft each), rise to rooftop terraces with built-in star nets for lying flat under open sky. The Saguaro Suite (2,517 sq ft) spans three levels on a corner lot with 360° views that reach no other suite. Every suite has a private terrace, indoor-outdoor rain shower, A/C, Wi-Fi, blackout drapes, and an in-room safe.
Scale and perspective. Three levels. 2,517 sq ft. A corner position that produces views unavailable from anywhere else on the property: the Sierra de la Laguna mountains, Las Palmas Beach, and La Mesa farming fields simultaneously. Designed for those who want the most privacy and the deepest sense of disconnection.
640 sq ft on the ground floor, opening directly into a zen garden with a desert orientation. The defining detail is the artisan-made hammock that extends into the landscape, a place to be still at ground level, surrounded by Baja air and plant life. The design draws from both Mexican hacienda heritage and Japanese spatial minimalism.
Both Sky Suite variants have private rooftop terraces with suspended star nets, not for decoration, but for lying down and actually watching the sky. The Mountain View faces the Sierra de la Laguna, farmland, and the ocean horizon. The Cacti View faces the cacti forest and is oriented toward stillness. Both are 780 sq ft.
Only the Garden Suite Soak Tub. The tub sits on the ground-floor terrace within the zen garden. All other suites (Hammock, both Sky Suites, and the Saguaro Suite) have indoor-outdoor rain showers.
Paradero Hotel is adults-only. No cribs, no extra beds, no exceptions. Families with children are directed to Paradero Villas, opening 2026. Pets are welcome with prior notice to the reservations team and applicable charges.
Villas & Cosimo
Opening 2026, adjacent to Paradero Hotel in Todos Santos. Where the Hotel is designed for stillness and adults-only restoration, the Villas are built for families: multi-generational, vibrant, inclusive. Infinity pool, Italian restaurant, Kids Club, and adventure center all on-site.
24 suites across three floor plan configurations. Designed using the same architectural language as the Hotel (earth-toned materials, indoor-outdoor integration), adapted for extended family stays.
A supervised children's program with its own pavilion, outdoor gym, and expansive gardens. Activities include cooking classes, crafting, and movie nights under the stars. Day and night childcare is available for homeowners. Built around creativity, nature connection, and active discovery.
A Southern Italian destination restaurant within the Villas. The menu was shaped by the chef's time in Capri, Naples, Puglia, and Sicily: stellar seafood, handcrafted pasta, hearth cooking, produce-forward dishes, and handcrafted gelato. Open to Villas guests and Paradero Homeowners.
The outdoor hub of the Villas property: a working farm, plant nursery, horse riding, biking, surf lessons, and curated Baja peninsula expeditions. Designed for families who want to move through the land, not just rest beside it.
Yes. Villas guests access the infinity pool, Ojo de Agua Spa, and the full daily programming. The Villas add Cosimo, the Kids Club, and the Baja Adventure Center on top of that.

An upcoming community facility organized around four pillars: a Healthy Culinary Center with an organic market, culinary lab, and private bar; the Exos Athlete Performance Center, a high-performance gym; a barefoot state-of-the-art spa; and a Social Club Room with a living room, music hall, and recording studio. The core of what Paradero calls Future Living.
Spa
A traditional Mesoamerican steam ceremony rooted in pre-Hispanic healing. At Paradero, it's held with respect for its cultural lineage, focusing on cleansing, clarity, and reconnection.
Hot and cold plunge immersion, guided and sequenced. The alternation trains the body's stress response, improves circulation, supports immune function, and accelerates cardiovascular recovery. It sits within the property's broader rhythm of movement, massage, and rest.
Vibrational therapy using curated frequencies to quiet the nervous system. Not ambient music. Purposeful sound, designed to move through the body and facilitate emotional release. Particularly well-suited for people who arrive carrying a lot: executives, founders, anyone who has been moving fast for a long time. Sessions are held in dedicated spaces on the property.
Experiences
Every stay at Paradero comes with a full calendar of guided daily experiences: surf lessons, multi-ecosystem hikes, yoga, breathwork, outdoor workouts, cooking classes, farm rituals, art and culture walks through Todos Santos, and fire circle gatherings.
Paradero Unbound includes all meals and beverages at Tenoch, one massage per person per day, and exclusive access to contrast therapy, sound journey, tea ceremony, and grounding walks. There is nothing to arrange. Simply Paradero gives you the same foundation with the freedom to book spa and dining on your own terms.
Paradero sits at the convergence of desert, coastal, mountain, agricultural, and marine ecosystems. The experiences built around this include multi-ecosystem hikes, barefoot grounding walks, Pacific surf sessions, terrain biking through Todos Santos, beach rituals at sunset, Ocean Safari whale-watching, and Sea of Cortez catamaran journeys.
